Costa Rica Packing List - Miscellaneous Items |
Depending on where you will be travelling and what you activities are, you may need some or all of the following items:
- Camera - I can’t imagine anyone coming to Costa Rica without a good one! Digital cameras are great, as you can delete bad shots along the way. Olympus offers waterproof cameras at a reasonable rate. If your camera is not waterproof, bring a waterprrof camera case.
- Binoculars - Really come in handy when you are trying to get a good look at that sloth up in the tree!
- Flashlight - especially if you will be spending time hiking or have a power outage.
- MP3 or IPOD for the long plane flight or travelling between destinations in Costa Rica.
- Wind up alarm clock- again in case of power outages and many hotel rooms do not have telephones or alarm clocks (you won’t want to miss your tour or flight home!)
