What was the best part of your trip?
"Where do I even begin...The best part of the trip for me was the zipline canopy tour.  It is such a thrilling experience.  And also the white water rafting,  and the day at Manuel Antonio Beach.  It is a beautiful country. Amazing, kind, and down to earth people who embrace the very meaning of "Pura Vida"!!!"

How would you rate the overall package and customer service?
"Superb! Everything went according to itinerary and the tour companies you selected had outstanding customer service."

What was the best part of your trip?

"Its a toss up.  My favorite moment was when your driver stopped near Arenal lake as a pack of pizotes (?) were next to the road.  They were surprisingly friendly and allowed us walk right up to them! I don't know if this is good or bad, but we were able to take some great pictures.  Geoff really enjoyed the rappelling.  I did as well, but he is still talking about it on a daily basis.  Maybe we will come back to get it out of his system."

How would you rate the overall package and customer service?

"Your service was refreshing.  This was the first vacation that actually turned out to be better than we originally thought.  Thank you Gretchen!"
