The Exotic Tropics Inclusive Adventure |
 Day 1: Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival to Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia (Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose can easily be arranged), you will be greeted by a Pacific Trade Winds S.A. representative. Private transportation will then be provided to the 4 Star Arenal Springs Resort located in La Fortuna. This fun little tourist town is located in the shadow of the imposing Arenal Volcano. During your stay, you will enjoy a Junior Suite equipped with king or queen size beds, A/C, cable TV, ceiling fan, refrigerator, telephone, security box, hair dryer, and Terrace with an amazing view of Arenal Volcano.
(Rental Car can be substituted for provided transportation. Please see below for difference in pricing.)

Day 2: In the afternoon, you will go on an easy hike through the Rainforest, with a bilingual naturalist guide who will point out the abundant wildlife, flora & fauna. When you reach the clearing, you will be at the closest observation point to Arenal Volcano. Being the third most active volcano in the world, Arenal erupts every 5 to 10 minutes. After approximately 45 minutes of viewing, you will visit the geo-thermally heated Baldi Hot Springs where you will be able to relax & bathe as Arenal erupts in the background. Dinner included.
Options: Upgrade to The Springs Resort or Eco Termales Hot Springs for an additional $50 per person including dinner, or Tabacon Hot Springs for an additional $74 per person including dinner.
**Clients can substitute this tour for night entrance to The Springs Resort Hot Springs for no additional charge. Transportation and the Arenal Volcano Hike is not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee. Dinner is included at The Springs Resort.

Day 3: Today you will have your choice of 1 of the following options:
A) Professional bilingual guides will navigate you through Class II and III rapids on the Rio Balsa. This is a great adventure for beginners and experienced rafters alike. Lunch included.
B) You will go on a river boat ride down Rio Frio in the wild Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge. A bilingual naturalist guide will point out the abundant wildlife, flora & fauna that call this park home. This reserve is another important sanctuary for a wide variety of endangered species. Lunch included.

 Day 4: A transfer will be provided to the 4 Star, beach front Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa, located on the pristine golden sands of Flamingo Beach. During your stay, you will enjoy All Inclusive accommodations, including all meals & drinks, (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic), Standard Room equipped with 1 King or 2 Double beds, Air Conditioning and garden views. Flamingo Beach Resort is excellent for swimming & snorkeling.
Guests of Flamingo Beach Resort are treated to endless fun with activities from Learning Spanish, Salsa Dancing, Beach Volleyball and Snorkeling.

 Day 5: A professional bilingual guide will lead you on a snorkeling adventure above a vibrant tropical coral reef. Costa Rica's Pacific Coast is teaming with tropical fish and you are sure to create a memory for years to come
Canopy Zipline or Horseback Riding on the beach can be substituted at no additional charge. Sunset Catamarn Cruise, Palo Verde Riverboat Ride or ATV are available for an additional $35 per person.

 Day 6: A final chance to get back on the beach in front of the Pacific Sun and work on that tropical tan. This day will give you the opportunity to do what you want and make your own adventure! Whether relaxing on the beach beneath a shady palm tree with a refreshing beverage or choosing to take advantage of the many activities available at Flamingo Beach Resort, be sure to take advantage of this last whole day in Paradise!
