Day 1: Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival to San Jose International Airport (Liberia International Airport can easily be arranged), you will be greeted by a Pacific Trade Winds S.A. representative. Private transportation will then be provided to the 4 Star Arenal Springs Resort located in La Fortuna, which now offers thermal hot springs overlooking the volcano. This fun little tourist town is located in the shadow of the imposing Arenal Volcano. During your stay, you will enjoy a Junior Suite equipped with king or queen size beds, A/C, cable TV, ceiling fan, refrigerator, telephone, security box, hair dryer, and Terrace with an amazing view of Arenal Volcano.

Day 2: Today you will soar through the tree tops of the rainforest on a gondola style Sky Tram en route to your Canopy Zipline Adventure. This is where the fun begins! After Sky Tram, professional bilingual guides will lead you through a series of zipline cables on your Sky Trek Adventure. The canopy zipline is a one of a kind tour which is Costa Rica's most popular adventure activity with thousands participating annually.

Day 3: Today you will have your choice of 1 of the following options:
A) Professional bilingual guides will navigate you through Class II and III rapids on the Rio Balsa. This is a great adventure for beginners and experienced rafters alike. Lunch included.
B) You will go on a river boat ride down Rio Frio in the wild Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge. A bilingual naturalist guide will point out the abundant wildlife, flora & fauna that call this park home. This reserve is another important sanctuary for a wide variety of endangered species. Lunch included.

Day 4: Transportation will be provided to the 4 Star All Inclusive Barcelo Tambor Beach Resort, located on Playa Tambor. Along the way, you will take a scenic ferry boat ride across the beautiful Gulf of Nicoya.
During your stay, you will enjoy a Standard room equipped with king size bed or 2 double beds, magnifying mirror, telephone, satellite tv, air conditioning, mini bar, coffee-maker, safe, and terrace or balcony with ocean or garden view. You will also enjoy All Inclusive accommodations (all meals & drinks, both alcoholic & non-alcoholic).
Upgrade to a domestic flight including ground transfers for an additional $138 per person.

Day 5: Today you will go on a boat ride and snorkeling adventure to the stunningly beautiful Tortuga Island. The palm studded island is located in the scenic Nicoya Peninsula and is one of the best places for snorkeling in Costa Rica. After some fun in the sun, you can play beach games or simply relax in a hammock sipping a cool drink.

Day 6: Enjoy a relaxing day on one of the most beautiful tropical beaches in the world. Take a dip in the crystal clear blue waters of the South Pacific. Bask in the warm rays of the tropical sun, as you listen to the waves crashing and howler monkeys, (well howling) in the background.

Day 7: Shuttle transportation will be provided to San Jose International Airport or a San Jose area hotel.
Alternative Transportation Options:
A) Upgrade to a domestic flight for an additional $138 pp**
B) Private transfers are available for any flight time for an additional cost, please inquire for details.
C) We can provide an afternoon shuttle to the Holiday Inn Express Airport hotel on Day 6 and provide an airport shuttle on Day 7 for no additional charge. If you choose this option lunch and dinner will not be provided on Day 6.
D) You can add an additional night at an airport hotel. Contact us for options and pricing.
