 Day 1: Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival to Daniel O'Duber
International Airport, you will be greeted by a Pacific Trade Winds S.A. representative. Private transportation will then be provided to the 4-Star Ocotal Beach Resort, located in Playa Ocotal, Guanacaste. During your stay, you will enjoy a
large Double Room with breakfast included daily. (4x4 SUV can be substituted for provided transportation. Inquire for details.) |
Day 2: Day to sleep in after a long day of travel. We offer a wide varity of tours from Ocotal Resort that can be added to enhance your Sportfishing vacation or simply enjoy a relaxing day with a cocktail at one of the many tiki bars that line the tropical beaches.

 Days 3, 4 & 5: Three full days of Offshore fishing with Ocotal boats that are 32 ft with 12 ft beams and a comfortable clear fishing area, twin diesel power engines, shade top, flying bridge, outriggers and cabins with heads. They have approximately a 20 knot cruising speed. Sailfishing, marlin, roosterfish, dorado, tuna and over 15 other varieties of fish can be captured any month of the year. Soft drinks, fruit, water, and beer as refreshments along with lunch included on the water. |
Day 6: A day to "catch" your breath and reflect on your fishing glory! Of course we offer a wide range of tours at the Ocotal Resort if you wish to enhance your Costa Rica vacation. Again, you may also choose to enjoy the Casino at Byblos Resort, or simply find a shady palm on the beach to relax beneath as you sip a cool cocktail. |
 Day 7: Private transportation will be provided to
Daniel O'Duber International Airport scheduled to
arrive 3 hours prior to your departure.
