Coco Loco Adventure |
 Day 1: Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival to Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia can easily be arranged), you will be greeted by a Pacific Trade Winds S.A. representative. Private transportation will then be provided to the 4 Star Arenal Springs Resort located in La Fortuna. This fun little tourist town is located in the shadow of the imposing Arenal Volcano. During your stay, you will enjoy a Junior Suite equipped with king or queen size beds, A/C, cable TV, ceiling fan, refrigerator, telephone, security box, hair dryer, and Terrace with an amazing view of Arenal Volcano.
(Rental Car can be substituted for provided transportation. Please see below for difference in pricing.)

Day 2: In the afternoon, you will go on an easy hike through the Rainforest, with a bilingual naturalist guide who will point out the abundant wildlife, flora & fauna. When you reach the clearing, you will be at the closest observation point to Arenal Volcano. Being the third most active volcano in the world, Arenal erupts every 5 to 10 minutes. After approximately 45 minutes of viewing, you will visit the geo-thermally heated Baldi Hot Springs where you will be able to relax & bathe as Arenal erupts in the background.
Options: Add dinner for an additional $20 per person. Upgrade to Eco Termales Hot Springs for an additional $50 per person including dinner, or Tabacon Hot Springs for an additional $74 per person including dinner.
**Clients can substitute this tour for night entrance to The Springs Resort Hot Springs for no additional charge. Transportation and the Arenal Volcano Hike is not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee. Dinner is included at The Springs Resort.

 Day 3: Professional bilingual guides will lead you through class II and III rapids on one of Costa Rica's best Whitewater Rafting rivers, the Rio Balsa. This fun filled adventure will provide plenty of memories and stories for your friends and family. Lunch included.

 Day 4: Professional bilingual guides will lead you on your Canyoning and Rappelling Adventure through the "Lost Canyon". This thrilling tour will take you through the heart of a tropical canyon, stream & waterfalls. After this adrenaline filled excursion you will celebrate the adventure with your new partners in aventura over a typical Costa Rican lunch.

 Day 5: Saddle up for the Horseback Ride to Monteverde. Along the way
you will be able to take advantage of many photo ops of Arenal Volcano.
Your bilingual naturalist guide will also point out the abundant wildlife,
flora & fauna. Your luggage will be transported behind the scenes. This tour requires more than 4 hours on horseback. Upon arrival to Monteverde, you will be driven to Hotel Heliconia. During your stay, you will enjoy a spacious Junior Suite constructed of native hardwoods. Your Junior Suite comes equipped with two King - Size beds, a spacious bathroom with large bath tub and shower, room safe, phone and spacious balcony. Breakfast included daily.

 Day 6: There is no speed limit on this adventure! Prepare yourself
for your off road ATV adventure. No experience is necessary for
this 2 hour expedition through 15km of off road trails and back
roads. This ride provides a great way to explore the areas which
are far from the beaten path.

 Day 7: You will soar through the tree tops of the Cloud Forest on your canopy zipline adventure. This high flying, high speed canopy course
consists of 16 ziplines, 1 rappel and a giant tarzan swing!!! The canopy
zipline is a one of a kind adrenaline packed tour which is Costa Rica's
most popular adventure activity with thousands participating annually.

Juan Santamaria International Airport scheduled to
arrive 3 hours prior to your departure.
