Day 1: Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival to San Jose International Airport (Liberia International Airport can easily be arranged), you will be greeted by a Pacific Trade Winds S.A. representative. Private transportation will then be provided to the 4 Star Arenal Springs Resort located in La Fortuna. This fun little tourist town is located in the shadow of the imposing Arenal Volcano. During your stay, you will enjoy a Junior Suite equipped with king or queen size beds, A/C, cable TV, ceiling fan, refrigerator, telephone, security box, hair dryer, and Terrace with an amazing view of Arenal Volcano.

Day 2: In the afternoon, you will go on an easy hike through the Rainforest, with a bilingual naturalist guide who will point out the abundant wildlife, flora & fauna. When you reach the clearing, you will be at the closest observation point to Arenal Volcano. Being the third most active volcano in the world, Arenal erupts every 5 to 10 minutes.
After approximately 45 minutes of viewing, you will visit the geo-thermally heated Baldi Hot Springs where you will be able to relax & bathe as Arenal erupts in the background.
Options: Add dinner for an additional $20 per person. Upgrade to Eco Termales Hot Springs or Tabacon Grand Thermal Spa for an additional $50 per person including dinner.

Day 3: Professional bilingual guides will lead you through class II and III rapids on one of Costa Rica's best Whitewater Rafting rivers, the Rio Balsa. This fun filled adventure will provide plenty of memories and stories for your friends and family. Lunch included.

Make it a MAMBO COMBO: Prepare yourself for an action packed day like no other! In the morning, professional bilingual guides will lead you through a series of 4 Rappels Down Rainforest Waterfalls on your "Lost Canyon Adventure."

Day 4: After breakfast, transportation will be provided to the Adventure Park & Hotel Vista Golfo. During your stay at this eco lodge, you will enjoy a room with view of the Gulf of Nicoya. You will also have access to the spring fed pool, trampoline, climbing wall and many groomed trails.

Day 5: After breakfast, you will start off the day with a short horseback ride into the hills of Miramar. Once you reach the stables you will be harnessed up for your high flying, high speed canopy zipline adventure. On this Canopy Zipline course you will soar over 11 tropical waterfalls! This canopy is one of the most exciting in Costa Rica offering a heart pounding 25 Zip Lines and 2 rappels, giving you a breathtaking opportunity to experience the rushing cascades from a birds eye of view.

Day 6: After breakfast, you will go on a high speed ATV Adventure through the scenic hillsides of Miramar. The route is set up to show you the most magnificent view points of the remote mountain scenery. You will ride along old roads through a hilly landscape and river valleys. Throughout the tour we will make periodic breaks where you can enjoy the magnificent view over the Gulf of Nicoya and the surrounding area such as the cloud forest.

Day 7: After breakfast, transportation will be provided to the Beach Front All Inclusive Sol Papagayo Resort located on the beautiful Playa Panama Beach. During your stay, you will enjoy a standard room equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, 2 singles or 1 king size bed , small refrigerator, cable TV, direct dial telephone, pay safe, hair dryer, hot water and terrace.

Day 8: Enjoy a relaxing day on one of the most beautiful tropical beaches in the world. Take a dip in the crystal clear blue waters of the South Pacific. Bask in the warm rays of the tropical sun, as you listen to the waves crashing and howler monkeys, (well howling) in the background.

Days 9 & 10: A final chance to get back on the beach in front of the Pacific Sun and work on that tropical tan. These days will give you the opportunity to do what you want and make your own adventure! Whether relaxing on the beach beneath a palm tree with a refreshing beverage or choosing to add a tour on this free day, be sure to take advantage of this last whole day in Paradise! All meals and drinks included throughout your stay.
